1. Who processes the data

Rob Style Dance Studio, Yerevan, Armenia. Contact for data questions: [email protected], +374 (41) 511-211. We act in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

2. What we collect

first and last name, e-mail, phone, Telegram username;
password — stored only in encrypted form (a hash), we cannot see it;
order data: course, amount, currency, date, status;
payment receipt (image or PDF): it may show the payer’s name and part of a card or account number;
technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see the Cookie policy).

3. Why

To create your account, accept the order and check the payment, give access to the course, contact you about the order, keep the site secure and meet legal requirements. The basis is your consent and performance of the contract.

4. How long we keep it

Receipts are kept in private storage without direct links and can be seen only by authorised staff. The file is deleted automatically 90 days after the order is confirmed.
Account data — while the account is active, until you ask us to delete it.
Order data — as long as accounting law requires.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell data. Telegram receives your username when you join the channel; technical services (hosting, mail) process data only to run the site; public authorities — on a lawful request.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent — write to [email protected]. Deleting an account does not cancel the duty to keep order records that the law requires.

7. Security

The site works over a secure connection, receipts are validated and stored in a private folder, and staff access is limited by role and written to a log.

8. Children

If a user is under 18, a parent or legal guardian creates the account and pays.

9. Changes

If the policy changes we will update the version date at the top of this page.
