How do I enrol in a course?
Create an account or log in, pick a course on the home page and press “Join now”. Then place the order and pay by bank transfer. Step by step: How to enrol and pay.
How do I pay?
Pay by transfer to the details shown at checkout, in the currency of your site language. After paying, upload a screenshot of the receipt: the order cannot be placed without it.
How long until my payment is confirmed?
We check receipts by hand, usually within a day. You can follow the order status in your account.
How do I get access to the course?
Once the payment is confirmed, an “Open channel” button appears in “My courses”. It leads to a private Telegram channel. Send a join request with the Telegram username you gave at checkout; we approve entry by that name.
Why do you need my Telegram username?
We use it to approve the join request to the private channel for you personally. Format: @username (5–32 characters: letters, digits, _).
My receipt was rejected. What now?
The reason is in the e-mail and in the order details. Open the order in your account and upload a new receipt: the order goes back to review.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected site language: RU — roubles, EN — US dollars, HY — drams. The payment details at checkout match that currency.
Can I buy several courses at once?
Each course is a separate order, one at a time.
