1. General

This is the public offer of Rob Style Dance Studio (the “Provider”) for selling access to online courses on rob.rankup.am. By placing an order and paying for it you (the “Customer”) accept these terms.

2. Subject

The Provider gives the Customer paid access to a private Telegram channel with the video materials of the chosen course. This is digital content for personal use.

3. Account and order

  • A purchase requires an account: your e-mail and password are set during checkout.
  • One course per order.
  • Give a real name, phone number and Telegram username: we approve your channel join request by that username.
  • If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian places the order.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the site in the currency of your language (RUB, USD or AMD). Payment is a bank transfer to the details on the checkout page, and a receipt must be attached to the order. Bank fees are paid by the payer.

5. Payment check and access

  • We check the receipt, usually within 24 hours.
  • Once confirmed, the channel link appears in “My courses” and is emailed to you. In Telegram press “Join” and send the request under the username you gave — we will approve it.
  • If the receipt is not accepted we will tell you why. Upload a new receipt in your account within 3 days, otherwise the order is cancelled automatically.

6. Copyright

All course materials are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or publish them, or share your access with others. In case of a breach access is closed without a refund.

7. Refunds

Refund conditions are described on the page Refund and cancellation.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for Telegram outages or the Customer’s internet connection.
  • Learning results depend on the Customer and are not guaranteed. Take your own health into account when dancing.

9. Personal data

We process data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

The Provider may change these terms; the new version applies from its publication on the site and does not affect paid orders. The relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
